Ferrand-Prevot makes winning start

Pauline Ferrand-Prévot started her mountain bike season with an emphatic victory at the French Cup in Gueret.
The world champion powered to her first win of the season in the Cross-Country Olympic (XCO) discipline ahed of nearest rival Lina Gerault.
Ferrand-Prévot started fast and was able to build a lead of 2'10" by the end of the an victor winning by over two minutes from her nearest rival
In the men's XCO, Tom Pidcock was unfortunately forced to abandon after a mechanical issue.
Both Grenadiers will be back in action next week at the OKK Bike Revoltion race in Chur, Switzerland.
