Train like a Grenadier

Starting January 24, join the INEOS Grenadiers Virtual Training Camp on Zwift and train like a pro. We’ve created 12 workouts, each of which is inspired by the unique training that INEOS Grenadiers racers undertake, with 10 of them focused on specific riders and their unique traits. So whether you’re a sprinter or a climber, it’s time to improve in all disciplines. With input from the team and the coaches, these sessions will put you through the ringer, and you’ll come out the other side stronger and faster.

SCHEDULED EVENTS OR ON DEMAND: You can train in scheduled group workouts for something social, or take to the virtual tarmac solo with on-demand sessions via the workouts folder if you’d prefer flexibility. Two workouts a week. Six weeks in total. Starts January 24.

UNLOCKS: Complete any of the group workouts in week 1 or 2 to unlock the INEOS Grenadiers 2022 Socks. Complete any of the group workouts in week 3 or 4 to unlock the INEOS Grenadiers 2022 Training Kit. Complete any of the group workouts in week 5 or 6 to unlock the INEOS Grenadiers 2022 Cap.
