INEOS Grenadiers are the most successful Grand Tour cycling team in modern history having won seven Tours de France, two Vueltas a España and three Giro d’Italia. The team became the INEOS Grenadiers in August 2020 having been Team INEOS for little over a year following a takeover of Tour Racing Limited by INEOS, having previously raced as Team Sky from 2011-2018

INEOS Grenadiers forms a central part of a growing portfolio of INEOS-owned sporting properties that include INEOS Britannia sailing team, OGC Nice, FC Lausanne-Sport, Eliud Kipchoge’s NN Running Team and a number of other sporting and engagement initiatives across the INEOS business, including partnering with Mercedes F1 and the All Blacks rugby team.
ABOUT THIS ROLE

This role is to ensure riders and staff are equipped to represent the Team with the latest season’s range of well fitted kit across all of our clothing partners. The successful candidate will need to work from our Belgian Service Course in Deinze near Ghent on a weekly basis.

 MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
>      Coordinate the clothing programme and be the Team’s central point of contact on all things clothing related throughout the year
>      Managing, planning and tracking all stock movements, sorting and packing clothing, and organising appropriate distribution methods in an economical and timely fashion. 
>      Coordinate the fitting process and collation of sizing information across Team, maintaining accurate records of sizing and stock issue, with reporting functionality as required 
>      Processing orders and returns with partners
>      Gathering feedback across the Team, collating and sharing with stakeholders
>      Liaising with partners and performance team to provide education on all items of technical clothing
>      Supporting ad hoc clothing project work
>      Lead on all annual clothing orders
>      Predict and address problems before they happen with potential stock shortages

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
>      Knowledge of Cycling
>      Experience in clothing operations or supply chain management

EDUCATION, TRAINING, QUALIFICATIONS
>      English language essential
>      French / Spanish / Flemish language desirable
>      Driving Licence
>      Right to work and travel in the EU
