As part of the recruitment process with Tour Racing Limited (“Tour Racing”, “we”, “us”, “our”) you may provide to us, and we may collect from you, certain personal data (as defined in applicable data privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”) (“Privacy Laws”). We are acting as the data controller in respect of such data.

Your personal data

In connection with our recruitment process we may collect and process the following types of personal data about you, which we will use for the following purposes, and share with the following parties. At all times, we will act in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Laws.

We may also be required to disclose your personal data if we are required to do so by law or pursuant to a binding regulatory request (in such circumstances, such disclosure will at all times be solely to the extent required by law or the applicable regulatory request).

Security and retention of personal data

We have adopted strict security processes, in accordance with good industry practice, to prevent the unauthorised access to, or disclosure of, your personal data. We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. In addition, we also limit access to personal data to those employees, agents, consultants and other third parties on a need-to-know basis and subject in each case to suitable obligations relating to security and confidentiality of your information.
 
Despite our implementation of these policies, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data that you send to us via the internet (including via email) or which is collected using online devices/tracking technology.
 
The European Economic Area or "EEA" is deemed to have good standards when it comes to data privacy. As such, we consciously limit the occasions when we may need to transfer or handle your data outside of the EEA. Where we do, for example where our service providers are based outside of the EEA, we make sure that your data is still treated fairly and lawfully in all respects (including making sure we have a legal ground for sending your data outside the EEA and putting in place all necessary safeguards for such arrangement). Where relevant, you will have the right to see a copy of any safeguards we put in place for international transfers of your data.
 
We will retain your personal data on our systems only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which such data was originally collected, being the duration of the recruitment process or for such longer period as may be required by law, being the statutory period in which a claim arising from the recruitment process may be brought (being six months from the date that any rejection is notified). 
 
Your rights
In certain situations, you are entitled to: (i) request access to your personal data; (ii) request that we correct your personal data; (iii) request that we erase your personal data; (iv) object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest; (v) request the restriction of processing of your personal data; or (vi) request the transfer of your personal data to a third party.
