Ben Tulett wrapped up second place overall the Tour of Hungary following the neutralisation of the final stage.

Wet and slippery roads in the capital of Budapest meant the organisers were forced to take the decision to run the final stage as a showpiece only, with the racing neutralised and the GC results taken at the end of Saturday's stage four.

The peloton still took to the course to ride eight laps for the fans, with safety coming first on the day.

In the end it meant Tulett finished on the podium, 10 seconds back on overall winner Marc Hirschi (UAE Team Emirates). The pair had gone toe to toe on Friday's third stage, which played the key role in deciding the GC.

Egan Bernal continued to show some strong signs during the week and finished in eighth overall after working hard in support of Tulett. Jhonatan Narvaez was also 18th, making it three Grenadiers in the top 20.
