Filippo Ganna claimed his sixth national time trial title in Italy, while Tobias Foss rode to his third title in Norway, and Bob Jungels clinched his ninth title in Luxembourg.
Ganna powered to the victory in Pordenone to become the joint all-time record holder in the discipline with six titles. The Italian clocking 30:35.83 on the flat 28km course, 46 seconds ahead of his compatriot Filippo Baroncini.
Tobias Foss took a hat trick of Norwegian time trial titles, taking the win by 19 seconds over Andreas Leknessund. Foss clocked a time of 28:11 over the flat 26km in Moss to be crowned the national champion.
Over in Luxembourg, Bob Jungels took his ninth national time trial title, taking the crown three seconds ahead of Alex Kirsch. The 20km course with a two kilometre climb averaging 5%, saw Jungels clinch the win in 24:09.
Sam Watson showed his power to finish second at the British National Time Trial Championships in Wales, taking on the tough course in a time of 54:37.31 over 41km. Connor Swift also put down a solid ride to come home in sixth place.
