Position: Lead Performance Coach

With experience at all levels of the sport, including 12 years as a competitive cyclist, Boy joined the Grenadiers in 2026 in the role of Lead Performance Coach.

Most recently serving as Head Coach at Unibet Tietema Rockets, Boy knows how to develop riders, and will be working with both our WorldTour and Racing Academy riders.
