Position: Director of Racing

After a sensational career on the bike, 2026 brings a new challenge for Geraint as he takes up the new mantle of Director of Racing. Transitioning from the peloton into this newly created leadership position at the INEOS Grenadiers, G will work closely with Sir Dave Brailsford, Dr. Scott Drawer - and the rest of the Senior Management Team, providing crucial input into race strategy, rider recruitment, development and race readiness.
