This is my 13th year with the INEOS Grenadiers, and it has been an amazing journey with the team, there are so many good memories.

I have always enjoyed our approach to racing, we do it with style, you always have this feeling of being part of success, it’s in this team’s culture! I’m happy to continue with the Team and look forward to seeing us work together and come back to winning Grand Tours again. It’s always a pleasure to ride in our jersey because the fans always expect a big performance from our team!"

I am so happy to continue to be a part of the INEOS Grenadiers. Over the last four years I have learned a lot from the experience of my colleagues. The last two years I have been more consistent and I think I have picked up the pace of the races and also the way the team works.

Racing in the Team’s jersey means being part of a shared purpose. It has a very special meaning, each time you step off the bus and line up on a start line you feel those emotions, the atmosphere, the fans, the tension in the race in difficult moments. Whether it’s in the race, suffering with your teammates or the good times winning together, you’re all there working for the same purpose and there is a real satisfaction of having left everything in the race.

For me these last two years have been of many changes and new experiences in different races, I remember a lot this year's Strade Bianche, it was the first time I did it and it was one of the races that I wanted to do because it is a race that combines the dirt roads with asphalt, this year it was incredible to have won with Tom, the team was incredible, those are moments that stay with you forever."

I’m really, really happy to be continuing my pro career going into seasons 16 and 17 with a team that’s like a second family to me. I’ve spent most of my career here and had the highest of highs with this team and been part of a lot of the team’s success.

I see myself not necessarily getting better with age but taking on a new role and set of responsibilities and feel like I’m developing that role and getting stronger and more consistent.

I’m looking forward to continuing that and achieving big goals, be they team goals or personal ones. Of course I will look at getting personal results when those opportunities come but I want to give 100% of myself on the team - on and off the bike.

I’m really looking forward to working with the young guys again; we’ve got a great crop of young talent and working with the team to progress. Fundamentally I love this sport, this team and I love cycling so I’m delighted to continue for another two years."

The story continues! I’m so happy that I can stay another three years in the team. In Belgium we say ‘good things take time’ and hopefully I can continue to get better in the next few years and I believe that we will continue to keep growing, developing and creating stories.

I feel like I have my place in this team now and everybody knows what my capabilities are and that’s a good feeling. I hope I can repay the confidence the team has in me and I can win some nice races together with my team-mates.

My dream is to win as many Grand Tours as possible as a team-mate and I think that the INEOS Grenadiers is the best team for that."

This team has been my home for my entire career and to ride on with them is a real honour. I’ve been fortunate to play my part in some of the brilliant results we’ve achieved in the past and will do the same for the very exciting future to come.

My time as a Grenadier has included some incredible memories and I can’t wait to create many more. As one of the older, wiser heads, along with the likes of G and Swifty, we have a real opportunity to help the incredible array of young talent in the team as we look to achieve our goals.

I also want to pay tribute to the incredible support for both me and the team. I can’t wait to see you roadside in 2024 as you cheer on the Grenadiers."

In one way, the last two years with the Team have gone super fast, then in another it feels like I’ve been here a lot longer because of how happy I am here.

I‘m thankful to be a rider for the INEOS Grenadiers and really excited to continue my journey with the Team. I’m happy with how I’ve developed as a rider over the last two seasons and want to continue like this.

In this Team there is a lot of experience and it’s an honour to learn from some of the best riders in the peloton. Especially from riders like Luke, G and Kwiato, just to name a few, they share their experiences on and off the bike. Every day it feels special to be a rider on such a successful team, it really means a lot to me. This Team is different, you feel how fans cheer for us, it’s iconic. I‘m super happy to continue with the INEOS Grenadiers. I feel a lot of trust from the Team in my abilities and want to, with their support, continue to grow into a better rider."

You feel proud when you wear the jersey of one of the best teams in the world, there’s a pressure that comes with it, but it's something that feels really special. I’m super happy to be continuing for another two seasons with the Team.

I had a tough first year with the Team down to some personal problems, but the second year has been a lot better, and the Team has always shown confidence in me and patience until I was able to come back stronger.

During the last couple seasons there have been many special moments with the Team, but I think those which stand out are winning the stage in Andalucia this year, then being with the Team at the Tour de France back in July when it started in Bilbao. Racing on home roads at the Tour was incredible. I’m looking forward to many more moments like these over the coming seasons."
