Diego Rosa secured third place overall at the Tour of Guangxi despite a dramatic last-corner crash.
The Italian slid out in avoidance of a crashed rider on a slick left-hander in Guilin. Despite heading for the barriers, Rosa was able to remount and cross the line, with the three-kilometre rule ensuring third place remained his.
With the hard work largely done on Sunday’s queen stage, both Rosa and David de la Cruz (8th overall) wrapped up strong general classification results in their final race with the team.
At the finish it was Pascal Ackermann (Bora-Hansgrohe) who prevailed to take his second stage win of the event, while Enric Mas (Deceuninck-Quick-Step) finished safely to wrap up the overall.
Final standings:

1. Enric Mas (Deceuninck-Quick-Step) 22:42:42
2. Daniel Felipe Martinez (EF Education First) +5"
3. Diego Rosa (Team INEOS) +14"
4. Antwan Tolhoek (Jumbo-Visma) +22"
